While attending college, Michael Papuc worked as a diesel mechanic for the United States Marine Corps Reserves at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune in North Carolina. He attended Brooklyn College of New York City and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Math. He subsequently enrolled in the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and in 1985 he left the Marine Corps Reserves to pursue a fulltime career as a lawyer. While enrolled at Hastings, he worked as a teaching assistant to a professor of contract law before receiving his Juris Doctor from the San Francisco-based law school in 1987. Attorney Michael Papuc served as a litigator for the California law firms of Kornblum, Kelly & Herlihy and Thornton, Taylor & Downs before founding his current practice in 1994.

Today, attorney Michael Papuc and his firm offer 24-hour-a-day, seven-day-a-week legal support and assistance to clients. His law office handles complex and multifaceted business dealings and commercial lawsuits and strives to achieve out-of-court settlements through unconventional dispute resolution techniques. He and his lawyers have also achieved successful outcomes in class-action lawsuits and cases of trade secret violation.
